passion pit/ chunk of change.

I stumbled upon this who-knows-where-from band when checking out the latest Lovebolts trailer by Briggs AP Ogloff, and I immediately fell in love with this band. How come all those west coast kids and their dogs have somehow claimed a name for everything awesome like, 4 months before you do? It's the humidity, or maybe there's something in the water.

Anyway, this band known as "Passion Pit" has really got a hold on me. Every song is just so catchy and sincere and isn't trying to prove anything. It's just a lo-fi beat and some dude singing his heart out.
