collection/ pho⋅tos [foh-tohs]. #1

The other day Phil and I ventured our way out to the abandoned train bridge located just southwest or Red Deer. I had been here before but it was freakishly cold, and Morgan isn't a big fan of hights, so this time was a vaster experience. This train bridge isn't easy to get up onto. They've detached the end pieces of the bridge so people can't walk on it, so to get up on it you have to climb your way up the side. When you make your way out to the middle, you sit about 300 feet above the canyon floor, with nothing to assure your impending doom. Every step you take has danger, because you could easily slip between the cracks and hurt yourself. We both brought our 35mm cameras and took some shots. I think they turned out great. Phil has more photos, but we'll have to wait until he makes a blog to see them.
